Tracy Velazquez has over fifteen years’ experience in the independent sector, including management, communications and fundraising. She has been active in state and local politics, having run candidate and issue campaigns. Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Montana State University. Dennis Alexander provides technical assistance, training and campaign consulting around the country. He served as executive director of the American Lung Association for the Northern Rockies, and has been involved in health-related non-profit organizations and civic groups for over twenty years.
